i felt bad constantly taking pictures- but, then when i got home, there was this GIGANTIC pile of about 8ft high snow right behind my car- ie: pushed up against the wall. kinda like this:

so out of their "three lots" they still have one one lot that still looks like the above picture.
and... i feel bad that my natural charm and sweet personality made them go dig my car out- even though i had no real reason to "have" to have my car out.
i know they do have to eventually free everyone, and i guess if other people were hovering out there, their cars would have been freed too.
the process included the plumber dude getting in my car and un-stucking it for me b/c they realized telling me which way to turn the wheel wasn't working.
then the plow dude in his SUV, started pushing around the snow, getting rid of the pile of snow- and then moving it around, so that it was now pushed towards the sidewalk.
that plus the other two dudes with shovels and steve with his snow blower were all working to move the pile- so that the SUV guy could push it. I should have made a video.
anyway, i'm gonna bake these gentlemen cookies. b/c i asked if they had a beer fund i could give them money for- but they laughed and said, no, they're just doing their job.
so cookies will maybe help them as they continue to clean up this mess.
i hope they can at least work through the first lot tonight... (although admittedly my walled lot was probably the one that was most problematic b/c you can't just push snow into a wall ) but, oof... i feel guilty for say the people in LOT 1 who still have that 2 feet of snow lying there.
i got my $85 worth today.
and i think my dad got back a quarter of that illegal parking $140 tow...
too bad i'm so charming.
