vegetable soup with tortellini pasta made in a dewberry slow cooker that i acquired

epic fail- apple cinnamon eggrolls.  eggroll wrappers don't taste good with apple pie stuff.

they don't flinch about snow here..
it's supposed to snow till 8pm.  I'd say there's 3 inches and my parking lot is not plowed.


at least snow days make things seem quieter and prettier.

hard being a genius...

... and it just occurred to me to close my storm windows.

(it'll be a progressive project as some of my windows are painted shut and it may take a MAN to put those storm windows down for me)

don't get me wrong, i'm proud of myself for remembering this is a good way to stop drafts. :)

technology drama.

so after coming home from the gym, and putting on my pj's i get a voicemail who are we kidding, i saw he was calling and didn't answer from my boss- who asked me if i was on campus so i could pick up some music he needed because he's freaking out for a recital.


... in his world that meant i'd go to the library then go to the hall and give it to him.


... but i'm a doctorate student for a reason, found the score online  and called him back to tell him it's waiting in his email box.


then i get this email:

to get it tomorrow from the library. It really helps to live in the
